We are looking to select projects proposed by debate clubs founded during Young Mediterranean Voices programme or during its precursor, Young Arab Voices, identifying a key need/issue in their community and describing its rationale and consequences as well as its impact on the community.
Eligibility:
- Based in one of the eight countries: Algeria, Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Libya, Morocco, Palestine or Tunisia
- Previous engagement/experience in YMV or YAV programmes
- Active in their community and use debate as their core programme
- Have at least 1-year experience in hosting public debates to various interest groups including young people
- Previous engagement/experience in YMV or YAV programmes
- Ability to implement the project by 31 July 2020
- Willingness to participate in YMV forums to share best practice. Travel may be required
